Love coming here. They go above and beyond for customers. They are nice to dogs who come in. Had an issue with a home project and they were super nice in helping address my problem. So thankful this place exists.

I love this place! Super friendly local hardware store. Everything is very well organized like others mentioned and the staff is so willing to help. I don't know much about construction/hardware/building things and a kindly man helped provide advice about my hanging shelf project and pointed me in the right directions. They were so patient and I loved supporting them. I'd so much rather go to them than a big box store, they were so attentive and patient with me and I can tell that the employees are knowledgeable and enjoy their job.

Ordered some gasketed storage tubs for pick up because I'm evidently in some kind of New Year's organizational frenzy. The Five Corners price was actually lower than some other Ace hardware locations in the Puget Sound region, and the people were super friendly and helpful. A local treasure!

They're great people! Right around New Year's Eve, right around 5:45 in the evening, I found myself with tv remotes that aren't working. The remotes needed a good cleaning but I couldn't pry them open. So I stopped by the store just asking for help from the lovely, magnificent people there at the store. The young gentleman was more than happy to help me and pry the remotes open for me and I could then get them clean and working again. And it was a huge help and a big deal for me! All we wanted for new year's was to enjoy the year change at home, sit on the couch quietly after dinner and watch the year change as a family. Watch the new year's programs on, watch a movie we liked and welcome the new year. And the guys at the store helped me protect/secure that moment, like 15 minutes before they had to close, helping me pry open silly remotes with very stubborn latches. I didn't need to buy anything then but next time I need hardware supplies, I am going to them first!

I love supporting this local business, certainly over Lowes, Home Depot or any of the large hardware store chains. The people who work here are always so helpful and knowledgeable, and they have an incredibly good supply despite the store’s relatively smaller size.

My go to Queen Anne hardware store. Love this place! Staff are always so friendly and helpful, prices are good, and you can find pretty much anything you need for home repair, to paint, to yard supplies. Easy street parking is always available. My first stop before a big box store.

Went to this store to buy a bunch of screws for my car's license plates. David went out of his way to get me the right screws. He also came out to help me with actually mounting my license plate. Loved the entire experience. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend supporting this neighborhood store.
